Biography
I teach because it is an opportunity for me to meet and share in a students’ educational experience while at EMC. I teach mathematics because I understand and can empathize regarding the anxiety or inadequacy a student feels in this subject. For I too struggled as a student in mathematics, yet I firmly believe that consistent attendance, active engagement in class, daily tutoring and use of campus resources, and lots of practice, anyone can become proficient in this subject area. I teach this complex subject area using a variety of teaching methodologies from short presentations, group work, board practice and games.
To nurture my spirit I enjoys running, riding my bike, spending time with family and friends, cooking, and entertaining.
