I have been an instructor at Scottsdale Community College, Johnson County Community College, Coconino Community College, and Wickenburg High School.

I have been a chef for over 40 years. I have worked in some of the best restaurants in the country. I owned my own restaurant when I was 26 years old.
I have been fortunate to work with some very good chefs over the years. Most of them were classically trained in France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, and other countries.
I have worked and lived in Chicago, Dallas, Kansas City, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Sedona, Flagstaff, and Wickenburg.
I competed in NRA Food Shows in Chicago from 1974 -1980 and won several awards.

I am willing to help anyone who wants help and is willing to do the work required to be a professional.
