I have been in the culinary field for more than 30 years. I worked in the industry for approximately 8 years before I began teaching at the Art Institute of Phoenix in 1198. I was employed there until 2018. I taught different baking classes from the basic baking class to more advanced courses. I currently work in a kitchen at a senior living facility and teach adjunct at Estrella Mountain.
