Biography

I've been teaching for over 25 years now, and I love it!  My favorite class is ENG101 because I get to work with a lot of students who are new to the college experience and I get to help them develop the writing skills that will be important to them in college and in the workplace.  When I'm not teaching, I'm probably gardening -- I got hooked on hydroponic gardening a few years ago; I grow all sorts of vegetables, fruits, and herbs -- but not that plant that people think of when they hear the word 'hydroponic'!!!  I enjoy writing, meditating, and cooking, and I'm trying to learn to enjoy exercising.  I adore the Kansas City Chiefs even though they break my heart on a regular basis.
