Biography
A bit about me: I started teaching at EMCC in fall 2010 as English faculty. I currently teach ENG 101 and ENG101LL, ENG 102, ENH 254: Film and Literature, ENH 291: Children's Literature, ENH 245: J.R.R. Tolkien and C.S. Lewis, ENH251: Mythology, and HUM/STO 292: Art of Storytelling.
I am also the Division Chair for Arts and Composition.
I LOVE TEACHING! It is the most amazing job that I could imagine having. I love helping people discover that writing doesn't have to be a painful chore and that they have nothing to fear from grammar.
Academic Interests
Children's and YA literature, fantasy and science fiction, mythology, storytelling, online learning.
